Manchester City are set to face League One opponents Burton Albion at the Etihad in the Carabao Cup Semi Final first leg. City will be looking for a home win to carry through to the second leg, as they aim to win the League Cup for the fourth time in six seasons. This fixture also marks the very first competitive encounter between City and Burton Albion.

Supporters are advised that Colin Bell Stand Level 3 will be closed for this fixture. Also, as a result of the extended visitors allocation, South Stand Level 3 will not be available for this fixture. Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum and Gold Seasoncard who have registered on the League Cup Scheme located in Colin Bell Stand Level 3 and South Stand Level 3 will be relocated for this fixture. Ticket purchase windows

Tickets will be available online at www.mancity.com/tickets, by telephone on +(0)161 444 1894 (option 1) and in-person at the Ticket Counter above the City Store for supporters that meet the following criteria:

  • Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum/Gold Seasoncard (registered on the League Cup Scheme) can purchase up to five tickets – Thursday 27th December at 10am.
  • Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum/Gold Seasoncard (not registered on the League Cup Scheme) can purchase up to six tickets – Thursday 27th December at 10am.
  • Cityzens Matchday Members can purchase up to six tickets – Thursday 27th December at 3pm.  
  • General sale supporters can purchase up to six tickets – Friday 28th December at 9am.

Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum and Gold Seasoncard who are not registered on the League Cup Scheme are kindly reminded that their seasonal seat is not guaranteed for any Cup game played at the Etihad Stadium.

Please note: All Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum/Gold Seasoncard who are registered on the 2018/19 League Cup Scheme will have payment taken from their nominated debit/credit card on Friday 28th December.

10 ticket points will be awarded. Platinum members will be awarded 20 ticket points.

Forgotten your online log in? 

Supporters purchasing online will need to have a valid email address which is already registered with the Club, and a valid supporter number, before they can log into their account online. If any supporter has forgotten their password, they will have the option to request a new password which will be sent to their registered email address. You can also view your ticket points online by logging in here and clicking ‘My Account’.

SEAT RELOCATIONS

Supporters are advised that Colin Bell Stand Level 3 will be closed for this fixture. Also, as a result of the extended visitors allocation, South Stand Level 3 will not be available for this fixture. Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum and Gold Seasoncard who have registered on the League Cup Scheme located in Colin Bell Stand Level 3 and South Stand Level 3 will be relocated for this fixture. Supporters will have their seat relocated to an alternative area within the stadium.

Upon receipt of your email confirmation, if you find that you are unhappy with the seat location that you have been provided, you will have the opportunity to contact us to choose an alternative seat location. Please contact Supporter Services on +44(0)161 444 1894 (option 1) or visit the Ticket Office on the first floor of the Etihad Stadium City Store.

It is important to remember that we have a significant number of supporters on the League Cup Scheme, and whilst we will endeavour to allocate you the best available seat, this may not be possible due to availability.

The Ticket Office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. Supporter Services is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
