Seasoncard renewals are now live and you can pay for your 2017/18 Seasoncard and select any additional benefits, including joining the Cup Schemes or buying a Metrolink Matchday Season Ticket.
The Seasoncard renewal brochure is only available online. You can view the renewals brochure here and you have also been sent a personalised version via email*, which includes your seat and pricing details for season 2017/18.
You can renew and pay for your chosen seat from now until 5pm, Friday 19 May.
If you pay by Direct Debit, it will be auto-renewed on or just after Monday 22 May, at which point you will receive a confirmation email from the Club.
Seat renewal and payment** can be completed either:
- Online at mancity.com/tickets or via the RENEW NOW links in your personalised ebrochure
- By calling +44 (0)161 444 1894 (Option 1,1) – available 24hrs, booking fee of £2.50 per Seasoncard
Disabled supporters can renew by;
- Calling our Access Team on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (option 1, 1, 1)
- Visiting the Etihad Stadium Ticket Office located in the first floor of the City Store

A limited number of Value Gold Seasoncards will be available for Seasoncard holders to purchase for the 2017/18 season. These will be on sale from 10am on Thursday 4 May priced at £299, and are available in addition to those £299 seats located in South Stand Level 3.
Value Gold Seasoncards will be issued on a first come, first served basis and available online and over the phone, via the same methods as the above Seasoncard renewals channels.
At time of purchase you can choose your add-ons, like joining the Cup Schemes, and payment can be made in full or by Direct Debit with the standard 10 monthly payments.
Once the Seasoncard renewals window has closed on Friday 19 May, fans who have purchased a Value Gold Seasoncard will be allocated their seat for season 2017/18.
If you wish to relocate, you should initially renew your existing seat as normal.
You will then be given the opportunity to relocate from your existing seat from 9am on Monday 5 June until 5pm on Tuesday 6 June online at mancity.com/tickets, or by calling Supporter Services on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (Option 1, 3).
After this date, any remaining seats may be offered to supporters on the Seasoncard Waiting List.
Disabled supporters who wish to relocate their seat should call our Access Team on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (Option 1, 1, 1) or visit the Etihad Stadium Ticket Office to discuss their seating requirements in more detail. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests, subject to availability.
Seasoncard waiting list
All qualifying supporters on the Seasoncard Waiting List will soon receive notification of their opportunity to buy a Seasoncard for season 2017/18.
Supporters will be prioritised by their position on the list and there is no guarantee that Seasoncards will be offered to all supporters on the Seasoncard Waiting List.
Existing Seasoncard Holders are advised that should they relocate when a friend or family member on the Waiting List purchases a 2017/18 Seasoncard. You may be required to pay an increase in price or receive a refund. Direct Debit payments will be adjusted accordingly.
2017/18 Seasoncards are non-refundable, sold subject to availability and issued subject to Manchester City Football Club Limited’s 2017/18 Seasoncard Terms and Conditions of Sale and Ground Regulations.
