Information for supporters attending our away game against Newcastle on Wednesday 27 December.
The game kicks off at 7.45pm at St James' Park.
We ask you to arrive early to ensure that there are no delays in entering the stadium.
Supporters attending this match are advised not to take any bags unless essential. Bags will be searched, in accordance with visiting supporter stand security procedures, which may cause a delay in entering the stadium.
Travelling to the stadium

The postcode for St James’ Stadium is NE1 4ST. There are a number of Public Car Parks in Newcastle city centre, however they are likely to be extremely busy on matchday. Supporters are advised to travel by public transport.
Newcastle Central Stations is around a ten-minute walk from the Stadium. You can plan your journey in advance here.
Supporters are advised to always allow extra time to travel on a match day and plan ahead.
Virgin Trains - Discount
If you’re planning on travelling to the game using a Virgin Trains service, make sure to use your 20% Cityzens discount.
Remember to read the terms and conditions and be sure to have your Supporter Number or email address to hand before booking your journey.

Visiting supporter pub
Home and away fans are welcome at the stadium’s very own NINE Sports Bar, located next to the club retail store beneath the Gallowgate Stand.
Supporters collecting tickets can do so from the Matchday Box Office which is located in the Milburn Stand. The office will open at 9am.
Supporters are advised to collect their tickets at least 60-minutes before kick-off to pass through security checks and enter the stadium in time.

Newcastle’s away allocation is in Level 7 and involves 140 steps to reach. Any supporter who needs the lift should speak to the stewarding team at the Away End.

Official match ticket
The Away Supporters’ Area is located in the Leazes Stand. Turnstiles will open approximately 90 minutes prior to kick-off.
Supporters are located in Blocks LL7H-LL7M and L7F-L7M. Please find the correct turnstile printed on your match day ticket. It is important that aisles are kept clear and supporter do not stand in the hatched areas.

There is a Barclays ATM at St James’ Park, located in the exterior wall of the South West corner. There is also a cash machine located at Tesco Express.
