Ticket, travel and parking information for fans attending Manchester City v Hull on Saturday 8 April.
The game kicks off at 3pm and supporters are asked to arrive as early as possible but advised to arrive no later than 45-minutes prior to kick off and not to bring any bags unless essential.
Any bags will be searched, in accordance with our regular matchday security procedures, which may cause a delay in entering the stadium. We thank you in advance for your patience and co-operation.
Travelling to the Stadium
Ensure you check travel conditions before setting out. Highways England provides live traffic information via its website, local and national radio travel bulletins and electronic road signs.

Due to industrial action, there will be some service disruption on the Northern Rail and Merseyrail train services on Saturday 8 April.
Supporters are advised to plan their journey in advance and allow extra time. For further information please visit Northern Railways.
Supporters are advised Gorton Lane will be closed between Pottery Lane and Gardner Street on Saturday 8th April. There will also be a lane closure on Hyde Road. These planned works may impact supporters travelling to the Stadium.
Matchday changes to private hire and hackney carriages
The Club has recently completed the second stage of developing a safe, vehicle-free space around the Stadium.
We have made the decision to prevent access to private hire taxis & hackney carriages on match days, within the green fence line of the estate, unless under extreme circumstances, with prior notification of the passenger/vehicle details and at the discretion of the Club.
There will continue to be a hackney rank located on Rowsley Street and for private hire pick-ups that take place during the matchday road closures (15mins prior to final whistle until 30mins after final whistle), we suggest that you arrange to meet your taxi at one of the 3 areas highlighted on the map here.
At approximately 30mins after final whistle, you may be able to meet your taxi closer to the stadium but they will still not be permitted onto the Etihad Campus site.
If you have been issued a permit by the Club for a parking bay, you will not be entitled to pass this onto a private hire or hackney moving forwards and they will not be accepted at the gates.
Pre-match access to the City Store and Ticket Office
To access the campus during the day, supporters should park in the Blue Car Park off Alan Turing Way.
A charge of £10 will be applied upon entry but will be refunded upon exit*. The shuttle service will be available for supporters that require assistance to reach the top of Joe Mercer Way.
Disabled supporters who use a wheelchair can access the parking adjacent to the City Store via the main Entrance at Rowsley Street (Gate 11) until 11am.
You will be required to show your Blue Badge at the gate. For access after 11am, disabled supporters will be required to park in their matchday car park, showing their seasonal pass and if not they will be required to park in the Blue Car Park.
*Vehicles that accessed the City Store and remain on-site after 2pm will not receive a refund.
City U18s v Chelsea 18s – U18 Premier League
This match takes place at the Academy Stadium; kick-off at 11am. Tickets can be purchased in advance here or on the day from the Ticket Machines.

For those attending the match at the Academy Stadium only:
Parking is available in the Blue Car Park off Alan Turing Way. Supporters will be required to pay £10 per car upon entrance however cars leaving the campus before 2pm will receive a full refund upon presentation of their receipt, upon exit.
Vehicles leaving the stadium after 2pm or without a receipt will not be able to claim their refund.
For those attending matches at both the Academy Stadium and the Etihad Stadium:
Supporters with seasonal car parking passes can park in their standard matchday car park.
Supporters that pay on the day can access the Blue Car Park off Alan Turing Way. The standard matchday charges of £10 per car. Mini-buses and coaches are free of charge.
All home supporters who are collecting pre-purchased paper tickets may do so from the Stadium Ticket Office located in City Square, behind the stage.
For this match, we are open from 9am until 5.30pm. Supporters are strongly advised to collect their tickets at least 60-minutes before kick-off.
If you have a Print@Home Ticket you are reminded to print your ticket(s) on white A4 plain paper prior to leaving for the match.
Official match ticket
All tickets are in the home area for the use of Manchester City supporters only. The Club does not have a neutral area and visiting supporters identified in the home areas will face ejection.
It is important that you have purchased, and are in possession of, the correct ticket and that it is activated to allow you access into the stadium.
The Club accepts no liability for tickets purchased through unofficial channels, tickets may be fraudulent and will not be valid.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult (over 18) for all matches played at the Etihad Stadium. We advise you carry photo ID to prevent any issues entering the stadium.
Supporters are required to upgrade concessionary tickets for this match.
A supporter in another age band can use a concessionary ticket but must ensure they have paid the applicable upgrade fee in advance of entering the stadium.
The singing section is located in the South Stand within block 111, part of block 114 and blocks 115-119. Supporters that sit outside of this section are not part of the singing section.
All supporters are reminded that persistent standing is not allowed. Failure to adhere to this may result in an ejection or a stadium ban.
Colin Bell Stand development - Level One
Due to the ongoing Colin Bell Stand development work, supporters are unable to walk freely along the Colin Bell Stand Level One concourse from North to South and vice versa.
It is important that supporters enter the stadium using the turnstile that is closest to their seat and does not require them to walk along the concourse adjacent to Blocks 125, 126 and 127 as access at this point is no longer available.

For this fixture, there will be a change to the product offering at the food and beverage concessions in the Family Stand, this will be in operation in both Levels 1 and 2.
For this fixture, we are trialling a new healthy range of zero sugar soft drinks.
No sugared soft drinks will be available but you can instead choose from an extensive range of products including Coke Zero, Diet Coke, Fanta Zero and Sprite Zero.

The Ticket Office is open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5:30pm. Supporter Services is open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm.
Both facilities will open at 10am on Thursday and are closed on Sunday/Bank Holidays except where there is a First team home match.
