Tickets will be available to home supporters online at www.mancity.com/tickets, by telephone on +(0)161 444 1894 (option 1, option 1, option 2)** and to personal callers at the Ticket Office above the City Store at the Etihad Stadium.

*All tickets are located in the home supporter areas of the stadium. Manchester City Football Club reserves the right to implement sales restrictions at any time  in the interest of safety. This may result in tickets being relocated or cancelled at any time up to kick-off.

Supporters are advised as a result of UEFA requirements, a number of seats allocated to 2016/17 Platinum and Gold Seasoncard holders who have registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme are unavailable.

South Stand Level 3 will be closed for the Borussia Monchengladbach match. Please see ‘Seat Relocation’ information below.

2016/17 Platinum, Gold and 93:20 Seasoncard holders who are not registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme are kindly reminded that their seasonal seat is not guaranteed for any Cup game played at the Etihad Stadium.

**Tickets purchased over the telephone will be subject to a £2.50 booking fee per ticket. Lines are open 24-hours, 7 days a week. No booking fee payable on tickets purchased online.

10 ticket points will be awarded for attending each game. Platinum members will be awarded 20 ticket points per game.

Seat Relocations

We want to ensure that our supporters have the best possible matchday experience, in a safe and enjoyable environment, and to help achieve this, we will be closing level 3 of the South Stand for the Borussia Monchengladbach fixture.

As a result of UEFA requirements, a number of seats allocated to 2016/17 Platinum and Gold Seasoncard holders who have registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme will be unavailable. Full details of seats impacted for the Borussia Monchengladbach fixture are as follows:

South Stand Level 1, Block 114 to 117 and Family Stand Level 1, Blocks 135 to 138

Rows 1 to C; Impaired view due to photographer standing positions.

Colin Bell Stand Level 1 – Block 126

Rows G, H, J and row K; UEFA requirement for an expanded technical area around the home and away dugouts.

Colin Bell Stand Level 2 – Block 228

Rows A to F; UEFA requirement for the Club to provide an allocation of ‘First Class’ seating to the Visiting Club, located between the 16m lines.

Colin Bell Stand Level 3 – Block 326.

Rows A to P; UEFA requirement for an expanded television and media commentary area.

East Stand Level 1 – Block 105

Rows N to DD; Required to accommodate the UEFA Champions Club.

Supporters who have joined the 2016/17 UEFA Competition Cup Scheme with a seasonal seat located in any of the affected areas listed above will have their seat relocated to an alternative area within the stadium.

All supporters who have joined the 2016/17 UEFA Competition Cup Scheme and who registered for the same scheme last season, will be allocated a seat based on their previous Champions League cup game purchase history. All supporters who are newly registered to the scheme for this season will be allocated a seat as near to their seasonal seat as possible.

Upon receipt of your email confirmation, if you find that you are unhappy with the seat location that you have been provided, you will have the opportunity to contact us to choose an alternative seat location. Please contact Supporter Services on +44(0)161 444 1894 (option 1, option 3) or visit the Ticket Office on the first floor of the City Store at the Etihad Stadium.

It is important to remember that we have a significant number of supporters on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme, and whilst we will endeavour to allocate you the best available seat, this may not be possible due to availability.

If this is the case, we will allocate you a seat as close to your preferred choice as we can. All supporters on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme will have their seats processed before we go on sale to other supporters to ensure we can offer you the best available seats.

There may be times when an impacted seat is returned to the Club. There is no guarantee that this will be offered back to a supporter prior to offering the seat for sale, based on the time that the Club receives the seat and the match taking place. All Cup Schemes are subject to Manchester City Football Club Limited’s 2016-17 Seasoncard Terms and Conditions of Sale and Ground Regulations.

The Ticket Office and Supporter Services are open Monday - Saturday, 9am to 5:30pm (closed Sunday & Bank Holiday. Both facilities will open on the day of all scheduled First Team home fixtures, and for these matches will be open from 9am until 15 minutes after kick off.
