The 26-year-old, who joined City from Birmingham in February 2014, became an important part of the Blues’ subsequent trophy successes and earned plenty of individual recognition along the way.
She enjoyed a year to remember in 2014, netting the winning goal to make history for City as we beat Arsenal 1-0 to win the Continental Cup final, our first piece of silverware, and Izzy then subsequently helped the Club secure the double in 2016.
She was named 2016 PFA Women’s Players’ Player of the Year and was also named in the PFA WSL Team of the Year.
Izzy was also on the scoresheet as City then won the FA Cup for the first time in 2017, beating Birmingham 4-1 in the final at Wembley.
In total, Izzy made 110 appearances for the Blues, scoring 32 goals.
During her time at the Club, she represented England, scoring on her full debut during a Euro 2017 qualifier against Estonia.
All at Manchester City thank Izzy for her contribution over the past four years and wish her the best of luck with her new experience.
