City v West Ham: Team news

JOB DONE: City celebrate

JOB DONE: City celebrate

How the Blues line-up against the Hammers....

How we line up:

Starting XI: Caballero, Zabaleta, Otamendi, Stones, Clichy, Fernandinho, Silva, De Bruyne, Nolito, Sterling, Aguero

Subs: Hart, Fernando, Nasri, Kolarov, Navas, Delph, Iheanacho

Team changes

Pablo Maffeo, Kelechi Iheanacho and Fernando - in come Willy Caballero, Pablo Zabaleta, Nicolas Otamendi, David Silva, Sergio Aguero, Raheem Sterling, Kevin De Bruyne and Fernandinho.

Formation:

As ever (!), not easy to figure out the exact formation but safe to assume Otamendi and Stones will partner in central defence with Clichy and Zabaleta as full-backs - that's the easy part!

In midfield, it looks as though Fernandinho will lie deep with Silva and De Bruyne more advanced, Nolito and Sterling out wide and - of course - Aguero up front. On paper, that's a 4-5-1!

Hammers line-up:

HAMMERS XI: How the Irons line up...

For West Ham, there's no Dimitri Payet for the visitors who appear to be going 3-5-2 - it should be a fascinating battle between two of the Premier League's most innovative managers...
