SILVA SALUTE: City midfielder looked in fine form despite Spain's exit

SILVA SALUTE: City midfielder looked in fine form despite Spain's exit

The Spaniards established their place in the final 16 of the tournament as they routed Turkey to a three goal victory.

For the majority of the game, Turkey found themselves on the back foot as Spain created chance after chance. David Silva had a few opportunities to get on the score sheet for Spain but it was not meant to be.

Spain controlled every aspect of the game as they now go into their final group stage match against Croatia on Tuesday with six points out of six.

The game kicks off in Bordeaux at 20:00 BST
