Etihad Player of the Season: Vote Aguero!

FULL THROTTLE: Sergio Aguero in action against Southampton

FULL THROTTLE: Sergio Aguero in action against Southampton

The race for the Etihad Player of the Season in association with the Official Supporters Club has been narrowed down to three – Sergio Aguero, Fernandinho and Kevin De Bruyne.

Yesterday, we took a look at why KDB deserves to be in the mix - today, it's time for Kun...

Sergio’s fifth season with the club was another memorable campaign for the prolific Argentine with highlights including...

Top scorer (again)

Kun's tally of 29 goals from 44 appearances meant he easily finished top scorer for City - the fourth time in five seasons he's topped the charts and the seventh successive time an Argentinian has finished top scorer for City in all competitions.

A league of his own...

Kun's reached 20 Premier League goals for the third season in a row, missing out on retaining the Golden Boot by one goal. The headed goal he scored away to Newcastle was his 100th Premier League goal - quite an achievement and the first City player to reach the milestone.

The perfect 10

Sergio moved into the top 10 all-time goal-scorers list (all competitions) last season and 17 more will put him into third spot - he'd need his best campaign yet to catch Eric Brook who, with 178 goals, is 42 clear of Aguero.
