City v CSKA: Paddy Power specials

Manchester City are coming off the back of a victory in the Manchester derby, and can take that good form into a crunch Champions League tie at the Etihad Stadium.

CSKA Moscow are the visitors to Manchester and the home side are the red-hot 1/4 favourites with Paddy Power to pick up their first win of this European campaign. Moskow are 10/1 outsiders, while it is 11/2 to finish all square with Paddy Power.

All eyes will be on the in-form Sergio Aguero. The Manchester City striker has 12 goals in 14 games in all competitions this year and six of these goals have been the first of the game.

Aguero has broken the deadlock against Roma and CSKA Moscow in Europe this season and is the 3/1 favourite with Paddy Power to score the opener on Wednesday.

The Manchester City frontman has an incredible conversion rate of 23 per cent in the Premier League this season so it is no surprise that he is odds-on at 8/15 to find the net at anytime.

In five of their last six games in all competitions CSKA Moscow have conceded at least once in the first half. In the game in Russia, Manchester City took a two-goal lead into the break and it is 6/4 for Man City to win both halves with Paddy Power. It is 9/2 for City to lead 2-0 at the break once again.

The 2-0 correct score is the most likely according to Paddy Power’s odds at 13/2. City to win 2-1 is a 15/2 shot and the 3-0 win is 8/1. It is 18/1 that Sergio Aguero opens the scoring in a 2-0 win for Manchester City.

A win would move Manchester City on to five points in Group E with Roma facing an extremely difficult trip to Bayern Munich. Manuel Pellegrini’s side are 10/11 to qualify for the knock-out stages with Paddy Power.
