Boys of '99 here for final day party

Players from Gillingham 1999 in 2009

Players from Gillingham 1999 in 2009

We'll be in a party mood when the curtain comes down on the 2008/09 season at home to Bolton Wanderers this Sunday, and there will be some very special guests in attendance.

Next week sees the 10th anniversary of the legendary, back-from-the-dead play-off win over Gillingham, and several members of the side from that day, including Andy Morrison and Paul Dickov, will be presented on the pitch just ahead of kick-off.

Don't forget to bring your flags, scarves and the inflatables that made such a welcome return in huge numbers at the Hamburg game to give your heroes on the pitch a rousing send-off before the summer break.

Outside the ground there'll be face-painters and super-hero stilt walkers, while inside there'll be the final of the Thomas Cook "What's Your Destination" competition and the presentation of the OSC's Player of the Season award.

Football freestylers will show off their skills around the stadium, and why not drop in at the fun fair in the East car park on the way in?

There is limited availability on tickets, so don’t miss out – book your seat today. Reserve your ticket online, or call us on 0870 062 1894 – option 1.
