City Reserves head to Sunderland tonight looking to bounce back from the 2-0 home defeat by Liverpool that ended their unbeaten start to the season.

Coach Glyn Hodges names an attacking line-up for the Barclays Premier Reserve League North game at Eppleton Colliery Welfare (7pm) against the Black Cats, who have had a low-key start.

City line-up: Tobias Johansen, Javan Vidal, Greg Cunningham, Reece Wabara, Dedryck Boyata, Scott Kay, Robbie Mak, Abdisalam Brahim, David Ball, James Poole, Karl Moore. Substitutes: Jack Redshaw, Eirik Johansen, Tom Smith, Omar Elabdellaoui, Jeremy Helan.
