Sanitary products will be available on match day and non-match day for all supporters, staff and visitors campus wide at the Etihad Stadium, Academy Stadium and the City Football Academy.
The On the Ball campaign, founded by three female football fans, aims to lift the stigma around periods and highlight the issue of period poverty.
Period poverty describes the inability to properly take care of menstrual needs due to lack of affordability. It is estimated that one in ten girls and young women in the UK are unable to access these products.
On The Ball said: "We are thrilled to have Manchester City backing the On The Ball campaign by providing free period products.
"The Premier League is known worldwide so to have teams like Man City on board with the campaign is excellent and shows that football can be forward-thinking and an effective platform for change.
"Man City fans should be very proud, your club is setting a brilliant example - well done!"
