Oldham away for U18s in Youth Cup

FA Youth Cup

FA Youth Cup

City's Under 18s will set off on this season's FA Youth Cup trail by making the short trip to Oldham's Boundary Park.

Scott Sellars' side will take on the young Latics on Monday, 6th December at 7.00pm.

The home team, coached by former Bolton striker Tony Philliskirk, moved into the third round by despatching Sheffield Wednesday 3-2 last week.

The tie is also sure to be of huge interest to Paul Dickov, who has piloted Oldham's first team into seventh place in League One in his first season in management. In another City-Oldham link, in-form striker Harry Bunn will be looking forward to playing on the ground graced with such distinction by his father Frank in the late 1980s.
