From your smartphone, visit tickets.mancity.com (Android users should use Google Chrome browser) or by clicking the 'Download Mobile Season Ticket' button above, then log in and follow the steps shown in this step-by-step guide.
If you’ve not logged in to the site before, that’s not a problem, simply select the ‘forgotten password’ link online, enter either of the details above (supporter number or email address) and you will receive a password reset link via email. Please check your junk/spam folder.
Supporters under 13 years of age will have to enter their supporter number to log in (rather than email) or request a password reset email as detailed above. The reset password email will be sent to the email address held on record.
It’s important to note, you can only download the Mobile Season Ticket from each supporter's individual account. For example, if you are a parent/guardian and want to download a child’s Mobile Season Ticket you will need to log in to the child's account from your own smartphone.
If you have changed your mobile device or have removed your Season Ticket from your Apple Wallet*/Google Pay please follow the videos below to re-download. If for any reason you receive an error message when re-downloading to your device please contact the Club.

On approach to your entrance, locate your ticket within your Apple Wallet or Google Pay app.
At the turnstile, hold your phone against the contactless reader.
Please note, each ticket will only work once on the turnstile – it is not possible to pass your ticket onto anyone else once you have entered the stadium.
Ideally, each supporter would have their own mobile device however we do understand not everyone has a smart phone, particularly our younger supporters.
More than one ticket can be loaded to a single smart phone (although each ticket itself can only be loaded once). If anyone in your group does not have a smart phone, we would recommend loading their ticket to the device of someone in your group who does have a smart phone.
When accessing your tickets on your mobile device, you will be able to swipe left and right between different tickets to find the correct one to scan. When approaching the turnstile please have the other member’s ticket ready first. Scan that ticket and let them go through the turnstile before scanning and entering on your own ticket.
Any fixture changes will automatically update on your mobile Season Ticket.
Mobile tickets may be in use for certain away games for the 2021/22 season. This will be decided on a match-by-match basis by the respective away club with details communicated to supporters in due course as we approach away fixtures.
Please ensure that your mobile phone is fully charged before leaving for the stadium. The Club will be providing a mobile ticketing support pod at the stadium, with mobile phone charging ports available. Please note: there are a limited number of charging ports and we ask you to only use them if you genuinely need to re-charge your phone to access your mobile ticket.
Your mobile tickets will not have your name displayed on the ticket. If you have more than one mobile ticket downloaded to your device, the owner's name and supporter number can be found in the 'additional information' section in the wallet card.
Apple users- this can be found by clicking on the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the screen above the ticket.
Android users- this can be found by clicking on the 'details' button directly below the ticket.
If you have downloaded your mobile season ticket you will not be required to download this again at any point, unless you change your device. The ticket should state 'SEASON TICKET' under the club badge and show the fixture details of the next game. This will automatically update.
We’ll have a mobile ticketing support pod located at the stadium complete with phone charging stations and extra stewards to help you with any problems. Please note: there are a limited number of charging ports and we ask you to only use them if you genuinely need to re-charge your phone to access your mobile ticket. We’ll also have extra stewards at turnstiles to make sure your entry to the stadium is quick and easy.
