If you have changed your mobile device or have removed your Season Ticket from your Apple Wallet*/Google Pay please follow the videos below to re-download. If for any reason you receive an error message when re-downloading to your device please contact the Club.
*If you have recently updated your Apple iPhone to the latest iOS software and your pass does not show in your wallet please retrieve this from ‘View Expired Passes’ in the first instance.
Mobile Tickets are digital tickets that you can store in your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on your smartphone or smartwatch. These tickets use NFC (Near Field Communication) technology, which lets you enter the stadium by holding your phone or watch near the reader at the turnstile.

1) Open the Apple Wallet app.
2) Tap on “View Expired Passes” (scroll down if you have a lot of passes).
3) Select your Season Ticket and tap ‘Unhide’.
4) Go back to the main Apple Wallet screen to see your active pass.
1) Open Wallet and scroll down to bottom click on the 'Archived passes' link
2) Select the pass and then select the setting icon, three vertical dots
3) Scroll down to the bottom and click on 'Unarchive'
4) Click back <- button to leave Archived passes and you should see your pass
To make sure your mobile ticket updates automatically for the next game:
Apple Wallet:
1) Open the Apple Wallet app and tap on your ticket.
2) Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
3) Turn on "Automatic Updates" (make sure it's green).
4) To update it manually, drag the screen down.
Google Wallet:
1) Open Google Wallet and tap the three lines in the top left.
2) Go to Settings and turn on "Updates about your passes."
3) Restart your phone to refresh the ticket.
If your mobile ticket shows the wrong match:
Apple Wallet:
1) Open Apple Wallet and tap on your ticket.
2) Tap the three dots in the top right and make sure “Automatic Updates” is on.
3) Pull the screen down to refresh it.
Google Wallet:
Unfortunately there’s no manual way to update. We recommend you restart your phone which may refresh the game shown.
Note: If your ticket shows the wrong match, it will still work as long as you haven’t listed it for resale or transferred it.
No, screenshots won’t work. You need the actual digital ticket in your Apple or Google Wallet, which you can download from your email or account.
"Maximum Passes Issued" Error: If you see this message, remove the old pass from any other device. If you can’t, please contact the Fan Support Team
New Device?: Check your Expired Passes folder in Apple Wallet (for iPhone) if you can't find your ticket, the ticket may been found there.
