City delivered the perfect response to our defeat to Arsenal last week with a 6-0 win over Leicester which means we're 11 points clear of second heading into the weekend.
We'll be back next week as City host Sheffield United in the FA Cup.

On the win...
It's great, obviously it was really disappointing last week with that loss against Arsenal. It was important we bounced back. This week, training been so much fun, very competitive and there was a lot of confidence. I think tonight we scored pretty quickly as well, so there was no dropped shoulders and we were cracking on. Sort of carrying on from where we left off pre-Arsenal.
On bouncing back from the Arsenal loss...
It's also so nice to see lots of different contributors coming on the pitch and making a difference. That's what's so special about the team, it's a competitive environment, but there's a togetherness about this squad which is so special and it's great to be a part of. It's so nice to be in it right now and we're in a good place and feeling confident. I'm looking forward to the FA Cup next week.
On making her 100th City appearance...
It's really a privilege for me because I'm really happy. This is my fourth season here and it feels like home.
On the performance...
I tried to enjoy it as much as possible and with this team it's easy [to]. I'm really happy to be part of this group.
On City's mentality...
I think everyone has the level to bring the team energy. The subs are always important to bring more energy during the second half. That's the way and our attitude and I'm very happy for those reasons and it was a very important three points for us. For trying to win the league this year, but I'm very happy.
On being 11 points clear at the top...
The players have a couple of days off and they really deserve that. It's nice.
On his message at half-time...
We actually talked about the things that didn't work. That's how we are working. I think a couple of times they played through us and we needed to sort it out. But also we looked at what we just needed to continue doing in the attacking way and we were doing that in the second half, also.
On continuing to push for goals...
That has been, and we talked about it earlier, but that is something about this mentality that we are never pleased. We want something more all the time and that's such an important thing for a team who wants to achieve something, to never be and settled down. Just finding new ways and also showing the quality of the squad that even if you take out players who have done a very good game and you bring in some other players and they keep on pushing the level.
On the win...
Our attacking play was marvellous throughout the whole game. Fantastic. They challenged us a couple of times in the first half with some transition moments. We knew about that, but our attacking play and how we combine, how we create scoring chances. Players coming into the game and continue to bring the energy. Wow. I'm really impressed and proud of the performance.
The three points mean City move to 42 points with six WSL matches remaining this term - and we'll take at lest an eight-point lead at the top of the league into those final matches!
