That's all, folks

Thank you as always for your company this afternoon as City make it nine WSL wins in a row!

We had to be patient, but a Bunny Shaw brace and late Kerolin strike eventually got the job done.

Make sure you stay across mancity.com and the official Man City app for plenty of reaction to our 3-0 win over Leicester.

See you against Aston Villa next Sunday at 11:55 (UK)!

Jeglertz on our next fixture against Aston Villa

“This group is always thriving to do things a little bit better, so when we have the analysis in two days they will definitely find things they would like to improve in and the same for us coaches.

“We will always try to find things. ‘How could we score in the first half?’, ‘what could we have done better?’.

“That eagerness to always be a little bit better has been one of the key factors so far. We are never pleased, we always want to do things a little bit better and that will be the same this week.”

Jeglertz on Kerolin's impact

“Kerolin is a great player and I’m so happy she’s back. I’m happy for her, but also happy for us, of course. She has qualities that we definitely need to use and we need that for the group also.

“We have a lot of great players, but we also need to be able to make changes in games and you see all players who are coming in, Iman is playing five minutes and she has an impact, Grace Clinton is coming in and showing a lot of energy.

“It’ll be very important for us that we have those players so the squad has more players to choose between.”

Jeglertz on City's performance

“I think it was a very good performance for us. Of course, we want to score a little bit earlier, but we created a lot of chances and had a lot of patience during 90 minutes.

“With the quality we have and the opportunities we had, I’m proud of the players’ patience and trust and believing that we will score. For a coach it’s always a little bit frustrating but since the players are having that feeling we will find a way to win.

“They just kept on going and I’m very happy for that.”

Kerolin on competition for places

"I think Andrée's doing a really good job in terms of rotating and also explaining what he wants for us. It keeps everyone confident because we know everyone's going to play and also to win the league we need everybody.

"I think everyone's on the same page.

"We have a lot of good players with lots of different quality so we just need to keep it going and listen to Andrée about what we can be better."

Kerolin on her goal and assists

"First of all, I gave one to Bunny and she gave one back to me, so I needed to score when I had the chance.

"It was really good to be back and scoring goals, it just gives me confidence and shows we're moving in the right way."
