Taylor on Hemp performance đź—Ł

"She’s so good. You don’t want to take her off because she brings so much with and without the ball.

"She’s so intelligent which is something she’s added to her already huge attributes.

"She's so clever in understanding how we play and is such a goal threat. She pounced on an error today and got us off to a good start."

Taylor on Jess Park đź—Ł

"Yeah she’ll be fine. She didn't want to miss today but we took the decision after speaking with medical department just to relieve some pressure under her foot.

"She trained in isolation today. We didn’t feel we’d need here with all the respect to West Ham, it was the options we have.

"We knew Viv would come on for Jill, that was pre-planned. I’m really pleased with the result and the clean sheet, we could've opened it up more but needed that spark and Bunny and Aoba gave us that."

Reaction from the boss on the way shortly

FT

Rehanne Skinner reaction đź—Ł

"It's a difficult place to come to. They're a top team, in the Champions League, they have lots of options to change, especially in an attacking sense.

"For large parts defensively we were organised and made life difficult. For the two goals we conceded we think we can avoid them, so it's disappointing.

"It's a tough place to come but I think we gave a good account of ourselves.

"In these kinds of games, if you have one little moment of switch-off they can punish you."

LAIA ALEIXANDRI REACTION đź—Ł

“It was a massive win for us.

“It gives us a lot of confidence for what’s coming and also a clean sheet so we’re very happy.

“It’s always tough to play against this team in a low block and we were trying to attack and be organised.

“It’s always good to try to play forward, try to score as many goals as we can and we achieved our goal of a clean sheet so I think our objectives are clear. We are going try to keep going.”
