We knew it wasn't going to be any easy game, I thought we dealt with it really well, defensively really solid, kept a clean sheet - what we wanted, worked hard going forward, had a lot of chances maybe on a different day we could have converted, I’m really proud of the squad today.”

Brighton boss Dario Vidosic is here for his post match press conference and says he's disappointed to lose after the number of good chances his side created.
He goes on to say his team were playing against 'one of the best teams in the world' in City but was pleased with the signs his side have shown in the early weeks of the season.
"We got the job done. Sometimes in this league you have to win ugly. I thought off the ball today we were better. Against Arsenal we struggled with that at times but we have worked really hard on that, and I thought we saw an improvement in that today.
"This league is getting tougher and tougher ever year, and we saw that with Brighton today, it was a tough game. We take the win and the clean sheet all day. "
