TAYLOR REACTION đź—Ł

“An amazing result and a great day.

“When we come here, it seems to get better and better the experience. It gives us big confidence.

“I said to some of the players at half-time, I didn’t think we were that good in the first half. We started the game quite well but if we trust what we do then you see really good things.

“I felt the first half an hour of the second half we were excellent. The goal gives us big confidence.

“With Bunny getting it – a good ball from Jess. She drives and slides and Bunny does what she does best. It’s not an easy finish because she’s under a lot of pressure there.

“I was so proud of the second half [especially] the first half an hour.”

KHADIJA 'BUNNY' SHAW REACTION ON BBC đź—Ł

“[I’m] very proud. At the top end of the pitch, the team look to you to score goals and do all the bits you can do for the team.

“Coming out, we knew what a massive game it was going to be, at the end of the day, it’s a title race and we want to keep pushing.

“The last few results we had, we got knocked out of the cups so we’re solely focused on the league now and we have to just keep going.

“You have to set high standards for yourself. Every game you go in you’re not going to score all the time, but at the end of the day – as long as you’re working hard and working for the team, good things can happen.”
