Goodbye 👋

That's all from us! Another brilliant performance from City, and a fantastic way to sign off before the international break.

City now sit top of the WSL table after a 12th successive league win.

Thank you as always for your company - we'll be back again for our WSL clash with West Ham on Sunday 21 April, so see you then!

Taylor on goal difference 🗣

"I think if you look at the last three games we’ve scored 11 goals which is big, especially when two of them are away games.

"In the last 15 minutes we maybe could’ve made better decisions but again that’s our high standards and shows how we’re continuing to grow and push."

15:15

Taylor on 12 WSL wins in a row 🗣

"That’s really satisfying, and no mean feat in 22 game season.

"It speaks volumes and all credit to the players.

"To come here in a difficult situation, some of the play was top and it just gives us the platform to try and win games."

15:10

Taylor on Bunny's first goal 🗣

"No [I never scored a goal like that] not like that, not even close I’m afraid!

"It’s a fabulous goal, a fabulous turn as well in the way she hit it.

"We were talking about the quality of the goals, even theirs. We never felt like we’d concede, it was always going to take something like that."

15:05

Taylor on the win 🗣

"I thought it was a great win. I thought we played some exceptional stuff at times, particularly in that period of scoring three goals.

"They were all good goals, and we appreciate every time we hit the net, but the second was us in a nutshell. The directional play, the timing of the movement and then Jess finished it off really well.

"We’re super pleased, we were a little disappointed to concede but that’s how far this team has come, we have really high standards. This is a tricky place to come, so we’re satisfied with the performance and the result."

Shaw on the WSL title race 🗣

"We’re looking forward to it!

"Ultimately, we wanted to finish for the international break with a positive result and three points.

"We said in the group... let them chase us, we just have to keep pushing and keep going."

14:50

Shaw on City's different scorers 🗣

"It’s a team sport, so you want to get as many players as you can on the scoresheet.

"It gives the team a boost and the players confidence as well."

14:45

Shaw on City's performance 🗣

"In the first 10 minutes we were a bit loose but then when we got some passes in and the momentum we built in confidence and took over.

"I think coming here, we wanted to get the win with the international break, and we got it so we’re happy."
