Taylor looks forward

"I think we’ll move forward by going after what we did well in the second half. I said to the girls you were fantastic, one of the best half performances I’ve seen without the final but which is the goal.

"Seven games in WSL, hopefully three in the FA Cup so 10 games left. No motivation needed, the players were very good in the game and after in terms of being humble and supportive.

"We’re disappointed but we move onto the next one and try to win the FA Cup."

Taylor's thoughts 💬

"A little bit, but I thought that’s where the similarities ended. We had better chances than what they had," said Taylor when asked if he thought the result was the reverse of City's league win over Chelsea last month.

Love this team 💙

City left their hearts on the pitch but it wasn't meant to be.

Now, our attention turns to the FA Cup. We travel to Spurs on Sunday for the quarter-final.
