That's a wrap ๐Ÿ‘‹

Another fine performance from City, who begin our Continental Cup campaign in style.

Jess Park and Bunny Shaw both on the scoresheet in their first starts of the season as Gareth Taylor's side make it two wins and a draw from our first three matches.

Bristol City are next on the agenda, coming to the Joie Stadium on Sunday 15 October in the WSL. Here's hoping for a similar result and performance at the weekend!

Thank you as always for your company. COME ON, CITY ๐Ÿ’™

Taylor on the team's start to the season ๐Ÿ—ฃ

"We've got really good strength and depth. The performances over these three games, everyone has given us different things.

"I've been really impressed with how we played against Chelsea, West Ham and tonight. The signs are there that this team is really coming together and playing with an identity.

"It bodes well for the future."

Taylor on a strong second half ๐Ÿ—ฃ

"They came out with the bit between their teeth and Bunny did well scoring.

"The next part where we're looking to improve is can we get the third or fourth. I have to say there were lots of positives tonight."

City march on

The final score maybe doesn't reflect it, but that was another impressive display from City tonight.

We were quick out of the blocks in both halves and, but for Duggan's late header, were in control throughout.

Another fine performance from the girls tonight, which makes it two wins and a draw from our opening three matches this season ๐Ÿ‘
