“Yeah it was a really good display. From minute one, we really attacked the game well and played our football with urgency, with quality and scored some really good goals.
“I think it’s important if you can get them [early goals] because you know, pretty much, we were going to dominate the game from what we saw in the first five minutes.
“That’s testament to the players and the way they attacked the game. I think when you score, obviously, you then start to see a bit more freedom in the play, but then I think it’s about all the right things – maintaining the levels in the second half.
“I have to say I’m really pleased. I thought the level of play was really good, the goals we scored were great and the things we’ve been working on in the last few days have really come out."
“Yeah [I’m feeling] really confident. I think the team put in a great performance tonight, it wasn’t just the people who started but also those who came on which made a difference as well.
“I think it just builds our confidence going into the weekend. We’re really excited now to kick on. We were a bit frustrated by the result the other day drawing to Villa, but I really think we went out there and put that right today."
“I’m feeling really good. It was nice to come out and score a few goals. We want to retain the trophy so I’m really happy we’re going onto the semi-finals.
“It was really important [to get a fast start]. The last couple of games we struggled to score goals so I think it was important to get off to a good start like we did tonight.
“I was happy I was able to get on the scoresheet myself.”
