"At the moment, with most of the young players, the idea was to see them during pre-season and then decide.
"We started ten days ago and Ryan [McAidoo] is working well. We are going to take the right decision. I am always very open with young players.
"At Leicester, it was a record number of debuts from the academy. And at Chelsea it was also record number of debuts from the academy."
"Since day one to be honest with Ryan. we were speaking with the club and since day one he is the kind of winger I love.
"Very aggressive one v one, he always tries, makes the right decisions. But he is very young and he needs the right path."
"I was impressed with all them and I'm happy with the performance.
"We struggled a bit in the first-half and we know the reason why, but we were much better in the second-half.
"We will get better and better."
"I feel like sometimes when watching my clips I’m dominantly on my right foot so I try to change it up a little bit. Once I go down the line a couple times in their head they think ‘am I going to go down the line [again]’ and it’s then the opportunity to go the right side. So I try to mix it up as much as I can."
"He didn’t look like an EDS player. Took that experience from being in the FA Cup last season into this.
"He was direct, made great runs in behind, tracked players, hit the post, two chances where he could have potentially scored.
"He got in the right areas and that’s what you want from your wingers. For an 18-year-old having a performance like that, I’m sure all the fans are talking about him."
