It was not easy after incredible emotions against Liverpool. If we allowed them to play it would be tough. The first half was top. It was a really good performance. I’m so happy for the guys. They showed that we can do good things.

A lot of goals. A sense for second balls in the box. The pace, intensity, keeps the ball, it’s a top top asset, the club with marc and antone made incredible signings.

O’REILLY?

He’s position is the one he played today, number 10. He scored a fantastic goal. The team in certain moments is growing. Now people are coming back and that is really important.

GOOD WIN?

It did [feel comfortable]. We dominated the game. Going into half time with three goals put us in a geat position. We dictated the play and got the win.

YOUR GOAL?

It was good. Antoine is very good one against one. I made it two against one and it was a tight angle so I thought I’d chip the goalkeeper.

ENJOYING MIDFIELD?

I’m loving it. I like it in the middle, try to dictate the game and get goals.

PEP?

He’s very big on second balls, duels, dominating midfield. I think I play a big part in that, using my body to win the ball back.

RODRI?

Rodri is so good. Everything he does is so clean. It’s an honou to play alongside him. Playing from next to him and learning from him 

TITLE RACE?

We’re definitely talking about it. For us, our main goal is three points every game and to apply pressure to Arsenal.

IMPORTANT WIN?

Very important. That was the message from when the game was done against Liverpool. Just backing up what we did on the weekend, it was a tough graft and we got the three points, today we did the same thing. I’m happy.

AMAZING START AT CITY? SECRET?

No secrets! It’s just being part of a great team, a great environment, the coach has been great and they’ve made it easy for me to settle. It’s all a fairytale right now.

O’REILLY?

He’s got that in the locker. He's a very technical player. When I slid him in I knew he was going to score.

TITLE RACE?

It’s new to me. I’m enjoying it. But obviously It comes with a lot of pressure and demands. We have the team to do it. We just need to keep going.

HAIR PULL ON YOU FROM TETE?

I felt it. I thought it was Jimenez. I told the referee straight away and he said it wasn’t enough and I left it as that.
