Rico Lewis' reaction 🗣️

On the game: We felt in control. We’ve got to be harsh on ourselves, we want to win the competition. They had a few spells where we could have stopped them from having if we were a bit better on the ball at times. We’ve got to be harsh on ourselves, we want to win the competition. We look at the good things and the bad things.

On playing in midfield: I’m always happy when I play there. The manager knows that. It’s where I affect the game the most but I'm always happy to play and help the team.

On Haaland: It’s amazing. He draws so many defenders which makes space for us. He never wants to stop scoring and you can see that.

On the dressing room: We’ve got our confidence back. Everyone trusts each other. There’s nothing better than all of us having each other on the pitch.

Nine unbeaten 👏

We're building an excellent run of form now, with seven wins and two draws since our last defeat.

We've scored 20 goals and conceded just four in that time - with a run of three clean sheets now.

That's left us well placed in both the Premier League and Champions League.

It's feeling promising at the moment, Blues!

Points haul

City now have seven points from our first three games in this year's Champions League league phase.

With five games left before the final placings are decided, we're now very handily placed to hopefully finish in the top eight.

It's our first away win in the competition in over a year, so that shows just how we can't take results like this for granted.
