It finished 3-2 to AC Milan here in the second game of City’s USA Tour 2024.

Erling Haaland opened the scoring in the first half but I Rossoneri went in 2-1 ahead at the break courtesy of a brace by Lorenzo Colombo.

Pep Guardiola young charges levelled 10 minutes into the second half – and it was a goal made in the Academy, with James McAtee heading home Micah Hamilton’s pinpoint cross from the left.

With both teams pushing for the victory, it was Paulo Fonseca’s men who earned the win, substitute Nasti producing a fine finish with just over 10 minutes remaining.

Despite the final scoreline, it was another valuable workout for the Blues, who also showcased their new third kit in the second half.
