Thank you and good night.

Right, time to call it a night I think.

A great way to round of what has been a memorable two weeks Stateside.

Four goals, an Erling Haaland hat-trick, another Oscar Bobb masterclass and scores of encouraging displays by your youngsters.

That's what I call a result!

Thanks as always for your company and make sure you join us next Saturday for the small matter of the Community Shield  against Manchester United at Wembley.

Kick-of at Wembley is at 3pm with our MDC getting underway at 1pm.

See you then!!

More from the boss đź’¬

We want to win the games but of course that's last. If we lost or won nothing changes. Now the real prep is the season starting in seven days, simple as that.

Everyone is healthy, safe and we showed good spirit versus tough opponents which is really good.

More from the boss đź’¬

Every game was much better than the previous one.

We played quite similar v Barcelona, but of course Kalvin grew and Erling and Jack had two incredible games.

Nico and Oscar were both unbelievable, James McAtee made his potential as a player.

We’re happy because all the young players made some minutes.

Pep's verdict đź’¬

To play teams like Celtic, Milan and Barcelona and now Chelsea is very good because they challenge you.

Steve Howey on the Premier League title race đź’¬

When you have such a quality side and squad it's difficult to bring people in who will strengthen you.

Looking at the Premier League, I still think it will be between two or three teams - City obviously, Arsenal and maybe Liverpool with their new manager.

I think we will be in for a very eventful season again.

Nick Weaver on the Community Shield đź’¬

The players will be ready for next week.

They will get back have some time off and I think we'll see a starting eleven next week that may be similar to the side that starts in the Premier League at Chelsea.

Hopefully we can see a good game next week and City come out on top again!

Steve Howey on Oscar Bobb đź’¬

Oscar Bobb uses the defender really well for his goal. Some clever thinking and a sharp finish.

One of the questions may have been would he start in the Community Shield I think he will.

He has been excellent on the Tour

A night to remember

Also great to see so many of our youngsters getting a taste of senior action tonight either as starters or coming on from the bench.

I think it's fair to say it's an experience none of them will ever forget.

Reasons to be cheerful

I think it's also fair to say that City have got better and better as the tour has progressed.

So many good aspects to our play tonight.

And don't forget there is a phalanx of senior players still to come back following their international exertions this summer!
