More from Ilkay Gundogan 🗣️

The opposition are so good. Every game is tough. Then when you concede sometimes you try not to do overdo things.

We need to expect the best from everyone every single day. I thought we had a good week of training.

We want to transmit that power and energy into the game. Sometimes it isn't enough.

Ilkay Gundogan's reaction 🗣️

I feel personally very disappointed.

After getting twice in front and actually playing quite well. It's a bit frustrating to not get the three points.

I think we were able to limit their possession. Second half, after conceding the second, it felt like we dropped in confidence and belief.

We dropped a little bit and gave away easy chances. It's important to stay calm. Of course, mistakes happen even at this level.

Pep on the Premier League run-in 🗣️

I am always confident. I have moments where I can have doubt  but I find the way.

We have nine games left in the league and nine finals and next in Leicester here.

Then it's Old Trafford.

More from the City boss 🗣️

It is what it is. Performance was much better than Nottingham Forest game.

We make good moments we had two goals in the first half and clear chances with Savinho. They are so good and link inside and pace with Mitoma and Minteh.

In duels they are really good. Jeremy was incredible threat and Omar played really well. Ruben was fantastic with Kusa and in general it was good.

Pep on Bernardo's injury 🗣️

I don't know I didn't speak to the doctors. Bernardo is so strong.

17:12

Pep's reaction 🗣️

It was a good game. A tight game - I know how difficult it is to make the process which we're in now.

The players gave everything - we take the point and we keep going.

Of course, I have confidence and I always have. The young players played good. All the defenders were so clever.

We were close, but unfortunately we couldn't do it.

Waiting game

A tough old encounter that as we now head into the international break.

We return with that big FA Cup quarter final trip to Bournemouth.

Our next league encounter is at home to Leicester on April 2 - that somehow feels a long way, away.

Elsewhere today...

All over in the day's other 3pm kick-offs.

Everton struck late to force a 1-1 draw at home to West Ham.

Nottingham Forest ran out 4-2 victors at Ipswich while Wolves secured a vital 2-1 win away at Southampton.
