Because of our recent winless run, it encourages our opponents and that's why Luton away on Sunday is going to be a huge test
Tonight showed how much we need Kevin De Bruyne back - nobody spots Erling's runs like he does and that's not a criticism of any of our other players - it's just they seem telepathically connected. KDB is a world class player who has been sorely missed, yet we are still in the mix for most of the trophies we are chasing.

Player reaction on video
The truth is Villa were very, very good tonight - we were quite a way off our normal levels yet it takes a big deflection to finally beat Ederson and give the home side a 1-0 win. Pep's thoughts will be fascinating.
It's hard to put your finger on why we leave with a shot count of 22-2 against us - that just doesn't happen to this team. Pep's reaction will be coming up but I'm sure it's one of those games everyone will want to put behind them as quickly as possible.
Didn't enjoy that, but these players are entitled to a bad day at the office every now and then. This was one of them, unfortunately but we'll be back, and thoughts will turn to Luton on Sunday. Can Villa do the same against Arsenal? If they can, people will start wondering how far they can go this season.
Full-time: Villa 1-0 City
All over
Villa fans enjoying themselves and you can't blame them, but it's early days in the title race and the Blues are masters of the chase...
Chance gone?
Probably not - Kovacic had chances to cross into the box but it ends with Gvardiol making a foul and that's probably that
Villa trying to see this out - can we fashion one last chance?
