That's all for tonight!

Well, a successful night in the FA Cup and we're in the quarter-finals for the fifth consecutive season.

We're back in action on Saturday when Newcastle United come to the Etihad! Until then...

Bristol City boss Nigel Pearson šŸ—£

"It was as we thought. There'd be opportunities but we didn't quite take them and things didn't quite work out as we'd have liked when we got them and with decisions.

"I'm pleased the players stretched themselves and went toe-to-toe with the best team in country. Disappointed that it didn't end tighter but congratulations to them. We need to use the result and performance as a catalyst to go on."

Pep Guardiola's reaction šŸ—£

TAKING CHANCES...

In previous games we had more chances and didnā€™t score. Especially in front of these fans. A good result. We behaved like we are.

FODEN...

He scored one last game, now two, his dynamic and rhythm and work ethic, footballers have ups and downs. Philā€™s has been up and up and up, but with the World Cup and his ankle, he has had a bit of a down. Phil has always had a high level. His impact since he arrived with us has been amazing. When you work like he works, football always pays off for you.

PHILLIPS...

When you donā€™t play regularly its not easy. He made a good 90 minutes and good actions. Itā€™s important for us that heā€™s back.

FA CUP HOPES...

Of course we are still alive in 3 competitions. We will see what happens. We finished 5 away games with 3 days recovery in between. But the guys respond as they are.

ON THE GAME...

I donā€™t think it was a 3-0 game to be honest really. It was quite tight at time. They gave us a big challenge, they went man for man at times and we struggled to win our individual duels. In the end our quality showed through. Iā€™m delighted with the result.

SECOND GOAL...

Iā€™m not sure, Iā€™ve not seen it back. Itā€™ll be nice if you give it to me!

PERSONAL FORM...

I feel much better in my feet, itā€™s not easy sometimes playing with discomfort in your feet. Iā€™m feeling 100% fit and comfortable. Hopefully I can come into the team and help them as much as possible. Itā€™s been one of the lowest parts of my career. Everyone goes through them, but itā€™s how you react. Just discomfort in my feet and not playing as much, I love playing football and when I donā€™t Iā€™m a bit frustrated, thatā€™s how it is.
