ARRIVAL TIME

To ensure you don’t miss a moment of the action, aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before your session begins.

On Day 1, we recommend arriving at least 20 minutes early so you can collect your kit and have time to get changed.

SHIN PADS

Ensure your safety on the pitch by wearing shin pads. They’re a must-have for all sessions.

HYDRATION

Don’t forget to bring your own water bottle. Staying hydrated is the key to performing your best.

LUNCH

You’ll be moving around a lot on the pitch, so it’s essential to fuel up. Pack your own lunch and snacks to keep your energy levels high.

SUNSCREEN

It’s super important to be sun safe, so make sure you’ve applied sunscreen before you go out onto the pitch and re-apply every few hours.

WATCHES AND JEWELLERY

For everyone’s safety, watches and jewellery are not allowed to be worn. If you have earrings that can’t be removed, please tape them up.

EXTRAS

Consider bringing a change of clothes, a towel, and any personal medical requirements you might need.

PARENTS AND GUARDIANS

You’re more than welcome to stay and watch your young stars shine, but please ensure that you always remain outside of the pitch areas and in the designated viewing areas.
