Jadon Sancho

Tricky winger who can glide past defenders with ease.

Despite his tender age, Sancho played a huge part in the U18s success last season.

Signed from Watford, Jadon made his debut for the U18s in the 2-0 win against Stoke City at the back end of September, coming on to replace Javairo Dilrosun in the second half.

His first full appearance for Jason Wilcox’s side came in October 2015 as he grabbed a brace in the 6-1 win against Newcastle United, earning rave reviews for his performance.

Combining his appearances with a starring role in the undefeated U16s side in the 2015/16 season, the 16-year old stepped up his game for the latter stages of the Barclays U18 Premier League campaign and ended the season in fine form.

His double against Blackburn Rovers in late April, combined with one against Fulham, ensured he would end the season on a high with seven goals in four starts for Jason Wilcox’s side as they claimed the BU18PL title.

Jadon has, this season, become a vital member of the U18s team that won the U18 North title and reached the final of the FA Youth Cup. He has also featured in Simon Davies’ EDS squad in both the UEFA Youth League and Premier League 2.
