What happens if I am late for my Manchester City Stadium Tour?

We ask for you to arrive 15 minutes before the start of your Tour to allow time for check-in.

Tours start promptly at the start time shown on your confirmation. If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you in the next available time slot, but please be aware this may not be possible.
