Ensure your Mobile Season Ticket or individual Mobile Match Ticket is downloaded into your smart phone wallet on your mobile device – visit mancity.com/mobiletickets for further help.
Ensure your phone is charged before you set off.
Check your stadium entry point. Your entrance is detailed on your match ticket.
Bring a face covering. We strongly advise supporters to wear a face covering when moving around the concourse areas at the Etihad Stadium, unless you are eating or drinking, or exempt
Leave your bags at home, unless they meet our bag policy. For more information click here.
Bring a form of cashless payment (we accept credit/debit cards). Cash will no longer be accepted across the Etihad Campus.
Please bring photo ID with you as this may be checked as part of our standard ticketing policy.
