My mandate has been cancelled through the bank, what should I do?

We will inform you by email if your direct debit mandate has been cancelled. You will be required to call Supporter Services to rectify this. If a payment has been missed as a result of the cancelled mandate or your next direct debit payment is due in the next 7 days, you will need to make a manual payment for this instalment.
