Is the City Store Accessible?

The store is fully accessible for those in a wheelchair and has a lift to the upper floor. There is a lowered counters and a hearing loop at each till area. Contactless payments are accepted in the Citystore.
A QR code for those that require a BSL interpreter can be found at the Fan Support counter.
Toilets can be pointed out by a member of our staff.
