I need to update my bank details for my Direct Debit, what do I do?

If you need to update your direct debit details, please call Supporter Services and we can update them for you.
If your bank details are updated within 7-days of your payment being due, a manual payment will be required for your upcoming payment. Your following payment will then be taken automatically for the next month from your updated bank details.
