I need to change the date for my Direct Debit payments, what do I do?

You can set up your Direct Debit for 1st or 15th of the month.

If you would like to change the date of your payments, please call Fan Support and we can change this for you.

If your payment has not yet been processed for the current month, you may be required to make a manual payment for your upcoming instalment. Your following payment will then be taken automatically on your new payment date.
