I have tickets for a match but have an injury. What can I do?

If you have a temporary injury, please contact the access team in advance of the event by emailing [email protected] and a member of the team will be happy to help.
Supporters who have a temporary injury, such as a leg break, are able to use an accessible entrance. You are able to enter via D,H,S,W or M1 and use the lift up to level 2 or 3 of the Etihad Stadium. These entrances can also be used for those entering Level 1. For Academy Stadium fixtures, all turnstiles have an accessible gate and we'd recommend you ask the steward upon arrival so they can open this for you.
