I have purchased a new iPhone, but I am unable to add my mobile Season Ticket to my wallet, what should I do?

If you have a new mobile device, but you are now unable to download your Mobile Season Ticket to your wallet, it is possible that your Season Ticket is in your 'Expired Passes' folder within your Apple Wallet. 

To check if your Season Ticket is in your 'Expired Passes' folder, unlock your iPhone and go to your 'Wallet'. From here, if you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you should see 'View Expired Passes', click this and then look for your Season Ticket. Once you have found your Season Ticket, click it, and then press 'unhide'. This should then move your Season Ticket, back to the main page of your Apple Wallet.
