I am a Season Ticket holder and cannot attend a match. What can I do?

If you are unable to make it to a Premier League or Women's Super League* match you can use our City Ticket Exchange to list your ticket and allow a fellow supporter to purchase your ticket. More information on the City Ticket Exchange can be found here on our information page.
You are also able to transfer your ticket digitally to people linked in your Friends and Family. Once you have downloaded your Mobile Season Ticket to your smartphone, you will be able to transfer your mobile ticket to your Friends and Family for the matches you cannot attend. You will be able to do his from your account on a match-by-match basis. More information on the City Ticket Transfer can be found on our information page.
*Ticket Exchange will be open for Women's Super League fixtures, dependant on demand for the relevant fixture.
