Match Ticket Information

How do I set up an accessible account to buy match tickets?

Edited 2 month(s) ago

First create an online account in the disabled supporters name, to generate a supporter number.

Once registered, please email [email protected] including:

-   Your supporter number
-   Supporting documentation (examples listed below), including an expiry date where relevant.
-   Information about your / the disabled supporter's needs - for example: whether you are a wheelchair user, have an assistance dog, or need an easy-access seat with minimal steps. If you think that you need a Personal Assistant to accompany you to matches, let us know how they would assist you.

We accept any of the following as supporting evidence:

-   A statement of higher or middle-rate Disability Living Allowance (DLA) as issued by the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP)
-    The award letter for Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
-    Receipt of Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance
-   Blind or Partially Sighted registration certificate

We will also consider an Access Card or alternative supporting documentation. Non-UK residents should supply equivalent evidence from their home country.

The evidence you provide must show the level of award and the expiry date, like the below examples:

Supporters who wish to book Blue Badge Parking, should also send a copy of their blue badge that must show your photograph, the badge number and the expiry date, like the below example:
