How do I remove my Cityzens Official Membership from automatic renewal?

To remove your membership from auto-renewing, please follow the below steps;
- Log in to your online account here
- Select ‘My Account’
- Select ‘My Ticketing Account’
- Click 'Memberships'
- Once within the 'Memberships' tab, click the tick box circled on the image above, once highlighted you will be able to click 'Manage My Membership' which is also circled
- Ensure the 'Enroled' tick box is unticked and press 'OK' in the bottom right corner of the page
- Once you have clicked 'OK' your membership is no longer on automatic renewal
