Please contact our Fan Support team by emailing [email protected] and they will be able to issue you with a medical exemption certificate.

Please include your supporter number/booking postcode, the name of the person requiring the medical exemption, which event it is you are attending and a list of items needed to be brought into the stadium.

If the event is within 72 hours please contact the access team by calling +44(0)161 444 1894.
