I remember my Dad lifting me up on his shoulders when I was about four years old he took me on occasions to Maine Road, it was in the standing room section I remember when they played Wolverhampton Wanderers and Blackpool, we stood at the top of the bleachers it was steps going up and down and the guys after having a few beers couldn't make it to the washrooms so wold pee down the steps I got married in 1959 to a girl off Clowes St Gorton but didn't realize that the church I married my wife was the Birthplace of Man City St Marks, I have lived in Canada since 1963 and have watched City play every time I took a vacation including the Etihad also in Toronto against Hibernian and Pacific Stadium twice in Vancouver, just wish my two brothers and my Dad could see them now thy were lifetime Season ticket holders,

To be completely honest, soccer wasn't my favorite sport for a long long time. I preferred Cricket (the most watched sport by far in my country) but I had my interest in soccer. One day I was just moving through the channels on the TV and came across a minute-to-minute highlights of the match between City and QPR. Yep, that game. I literally cried while watching it and when Aguero scored that last goal, it was an unbelievable feeling and since then, I am a Cityzen.

My first City game at Maine Rd was in 1944 City v Everton, we lost 3-1 Frank Swift was my hero. In that time, 77yrs of support, I have seen many great players wear the Blue shirt. I have stood in most areas of the Maine Rd ground in some awful weather until I could afford a seat in the stand where I have been ever since although now at the Etihad As to favourite moments, well there are too many to describe but in addittion to the stars there have been many good professional players like Roy Paul, ken Barnes Alan Oakes Joe Hayes and more who have contributed to City history and been loyal to the club My family mostly Utd supporters, even one of my daughters!!! They could never get me to change, always something about City, not all about winning, but a family feeling. Our current owners are doing a remarkable job and when I look at the City I knew in 1944 and what we have to day it is truly amazing and is appreciated, we should all be grateful for the time, effort and investment to bring us to the level we are at to day

As city fan i am sad seeing Aguero leaving, with his specila touch yesterday. He can play another 2 seasons . He can score even without his legs.

That’s a long story. I got influenced by my cousin to start liking football and I got introduced to the premier league at first. He is actually a man united fan ( unfortunately) but I never managed to like them. Guess I was born to become a blue. I didn’t know much about the team but I loved Samir Nasri so much so when I heard he’s joining Man City I just followed him and decided to become a fan. And since that day, about 10years ago, I am a Cityzen and will forever be. It was definitely the best decision I made. #sisi kama city 🇰🇪🇰🇪

Wen I saw man_city play for the first time I immediately fell in love with football , I'm 20 years old now so back then I was just a 11 year old and I was so lucky on my first season as a fan,Man city lifted the EPL in the most breathtaking way ever...growing up I became a great fan of Sergio Aguero , David Silva , samir nasri tho he did not stay long , Kevin de bryner from his debute , Phil foden from the preseason and every other player who wore the badge The Arrival of Pep Guardiola made me fall even more in love with city because he is an inspiration to me on how tactical he is , the way he over thinks the game tactically , masterclass that guy , he is one of the reasons I asprire to one day be a Soccer coach in Europe one day My favorite moments as a City fan include the treble under Guardiola , Vincent kompany's strike against leceister city , Aguero's goal to seal the premier league and many more Clifford Muleya is my name 😎

My first match was 1943 when during the war football was played but teams had to rely on guest players. I am pretty certain it was City V Barrow and I am certain City won 6-2. One of the best players at that time was Peter Doherty a superb Irish Inside left forward. My all time favourite was the wonderful Frank Swift, without doubt one of the greatest goalkeepers I have ever seen. Over these many years City have always been lucky enough to have great goalkeepers but Frank Was one of the best. I used to run from school at lunchtime for autographs and Frank said to me "How many times is that Loftie?" When I told him nine he said "then this is the last, Ok?" He wrote in my autograph book, To my pal Jim, best wishes Frank Swift. He played many times for England and fainted at the end of the Cup Final in 1935.I am 88 now and have followed City for 80 years and am so pleased to have lived long enough to see City playing with such great skill and such a pleasure to watch. Best players....too many, best player for the club,Vincent Kompany. Most exciting game I attended, 1955 Cup final when the great Burt Troutman broke his neck but City won 3-1... One of many happy days. James Logan.

Hello, so my name is Konstantinos , I am 20 years old from Cyprus , Nicosia and I am man city fan since 201. The season before we win the league after 44 years. I become Man City fan because I didn't have anyone to encourage me to become with some other team. All my family , uncles , cousins are with Liverpool , Man Utd and Arsenal and because rivalry after the Community Shield in 2011 the 3-2 with Nani goal in the 93' they bullied me because i said i will support City just to come against them. After the final I said I will be with City forever. So my journey started as a City fan and I was lucky with the trophies that came. The bad influence is the joke that Man City do not have fans and I was the only one my friends and family knew , I supporting City as growing up and I fell different. Since right know after 10 years I only met 2-3 people in Cyprus that are Man City fans and this is bad for me , because I feel alone in Cyprus. The majority is Man Utd , Liverpool and Arsenal. The player that inspired me was Aguero , Hart and Kompany. My favorite team in Cyprus , Omonia we play against for Europa League in 2008-2009 that was my first touch with the club and some players. So growing up i passionate more with City because of the hate they got because of the "oil" money. Every club has money just from different angles and people are jealous because your team succeed. My favorite moment was "Aguerooooooooooooo.." and the 99 points against Liverpool , against all odds. My dream is to see in real time City play, winning Champions League and make history. That's my story :) 🔵⚪️💙

I nearly fell over when I saw the photo of superfan Vera with Moonchester in the media when she was mascot at the club. The photo attached will show you why. My mum, another superfan, was given a tour of the ground on her 88th birthday by one of her favourites from the past, Roy Clarke. She is clearly enjoying herself as she is hugged by Moonchester. I took the photo of her and was quite taken aback as I saw Vera and compared what Mum would have looked like, aged 100, had she lived to see it. She sadly died aged 98. The comparison is amazing! When Mum met my Dad, whose own father was a regular at Hyde Road, she knew the only way to capture his heart was to follow Man City and the two of them remained season ticket holders for most of their lives. After Dad passed away, I accompanied Mum to matches whenever her health allowed. On the days she couldn't make it, she would sit, wearing her City shirt and her scarf, next to her radio with her fingers crossed during the entire match. Her excitement when we scored was a picture!! Five generations of City fans have resulted from my mum and dad's romance.
