Gabriel Jesus will also be out for the FA Cup game after he picked up an MCL knee problem against Crystal Palace on New Years Eve.

Vincent Kompany is a doubt after missing the both the Palace and Watford games due to a calf strain, while Phil Foden is unlikely to feature after picking up an ankle ligament injury.

David Silva and Kyle Walker will be assessed at Friday's training session.

For Burnley, Robbie Brady (knee) and goalkeeper Tom Heaton (shoulder) won't be available for Saturday's match, while Chris Wood (knee) and Stephen Ward (knee) are doubts. Scott Arfield (hamstring) is unlikely to start.

The last time

City last welcomed Sean Dyche’s side to the Etihad back in October 2017, which ended with a 3-0 victory to the Blues.

A penalty from Sergio Aguero, and one each from Nicolas Otamendi and Leroy Sane secured the Premier League win.
