There may be a request, in consultation with Greater Manchester Police, for visiting fans to remain in the stadium for a short time whilst the immediate areas clear.
You will be informed of this during the match via PA announcements. We will ensure that you are able to exit the stadium as soon as possible.

Mobile Tickets
Tickets will be issued by Bayern Munich as mobile tickets.
These must be added to your mobile Apple or Google wallet to gain entry to the stadium.

Meeting Point
Bayern Munich fans are advised to meet in Manchester City Centre, where away fans will be welcome. There are many pubs located around the City including Piccadilly and Shambles Square.
Pubs in the local vicinity are used by home supporters.
Drinking alcohol is not allowed in public areas across Greater Manchester, including on the streets.
Take note of your entrance and ensure you go to the correct entrance to gain entry to the stadium.
The away fan entrances for South Stand are L1 (Level 1 seating), L2 (Level 2 seating) and L3 (Level 3 seating).
Please note: All supporters will be searched prior to entering the stadium. Searches will be thorough and carried out by Manchester City Security and search dogs may be present at the turnstiles.
Fans are prohibited from entering the Etihad Stadium with any pyrotechnics, this is an arrestable offence.

Lost Property

Items will be retained for 4-weeks. Supporters will be charged the postage for any items that cannot be collected from the stadium.
Car parking must be pre-booked in advance. Parking is not available on the day.
Coaches & minibuses for the visiting team can be parked on the Grey Car Park, opposite the away fan turnstiles.
Arrive early to allow plenty of time to pass our security checks. Small handheld bags, no larger than A4 size (12”x8”x3”) will be accepted.
Backpacks, holdalls, rucksacks, or other similar items of any size, large or small, will not be allowed into the stadium. Small handheld bags, no larger than A4 size (12”x8”x3”) will be accepted. If you must bring a bag to the stadium that exceeds the allowable size, bag drop facilities (locations shown below) that you can use to securely store your items will be in place until the match has finished.
The bag drop will be priced at £10 per item. There is a bag drop on the 'Grey' car park, which is within the away fan compound.
Concessions will be open on the concourse until the end of half-time. The Etihad stadium is a cashless venue therefore cash will not be accepted.
There is a range of hot & cold, food & beverages available, with several Halal & Vegan options.
Alcohol will not be available for this match.
In consultation with Bayern Munich, Manchester City and Greater Manchester Police, a fan march will be arranged from Manchester City Centre to the Etihad Stadium.
Further information of this will be announced closer to the game.
Manchester City is committed to being a good neighbour to the residents of East Manchester. Please respect their homes and property by carefully disposing of your rubbish, using the toilets provided on the stadium campus, adhering to the residents parking scheme that is in operation and being mindful of minimising noise and disruption when you leave
Kick It Out
The ‘Kick It Out’ app provides news updates on the campaign’s latest projects, but its most prominent feature is the ‘Report It!’ function which empowers people at all levels of the game to report incidents of discrimination. Manchester City are proud to support this campaign.
GROUND REGULATIONS
Anyone who enters the pitch and those identified carrying or using pyrotechnics or smoke bombs will be liable to arrest and prosecution that may lead to a Football Banning Order. They will also receive an automatic ban by Manchester City.
These acts are dangerous, illegal and have severe consequences. They have no place in football, or anywhere.
We will not tolerate any discriminatory behaviour. This includes any form of Racism, Homophobia, Islamophobia, Antisemitism and Sexism. If you see or hear such behaviour at a match, please report it to a steward or the police or submit details on the Kick It Out reporting app.
Any supporter, who attempts to invade the field of play, at any time, will be ejected from the stadium and may be arrested. This also applies to any supporters identified to be throwing items on to the field of play or into the home supporter areas.
Manchester City operates a zero tolerance policy on visiting supporters seated within home areas. Any visiting supporters identified within the home supporter areas will be ejected from the stadium.
Tickets must be purchased from the opposing club only, subject to their sales criteria. Tickets purchased through other means may not be valid. We accept no liability for tickets purchased through unofficial channels.
The person entering the stadium must be in the allocated age band. Supporters may be asked for Photo ID.
Ticket regrades will not be available. Any persons using a concessionary ticket who is not a concession will be ejected and have their ticket confiscated.
The Etihad Campus, including the car park and concourses are smoke free, including electronic cigarettes.
Anybody smoking inside the Stadium will be ejected and will not be able to re-enter.
